Mission Possible! Austin Volunteering
Our purpose is to connect the Body of Christ to people through our programs and encourage them to serve individuals in personal relationships that will empower them unto life transformation.
This philosophy of ministry is based on the belief that the Body of Christ has the relational ability, the networking capability, and the resources to meet the needs of any person in this city.
When lives are changed, communities are transformed, and all the credit goes to the Lord!
We have three levels of volunteer commitment within our programs
- Program Champions: This is where a church or other organizations partner with us to take the lead on supporting a program. Some examples are: CrossTrainers with Hope in the City and the many dedicated churches providing meals and services at Church under the Bridge.
- Committed Individuals: These are folks who feel called to consistantly participate in a program or activity that they are passionate about.
- One-time Individuals: These are typically individuals looking to serve occasionally and experience inner-city ministry.
No matter what level you want to be involved, we welcome your participation!
We ask that you support the mission and values of Mission Possible! Austin. Program participation may require training and/or background checks.
