In addition to acquiring an amazing piece of pottery (quantities are limited- so come early!!) and yummy bake-sale type items for a $20 donation, we are displaying our kids and ESL ladies artwork and having a Silent Auction! The funds will go to help our operating budget and complete the funding for our building project! One of the future goals of the Art Center is to expand our ministry impact in our community by offering GED preparation and other courses that require additional classroom space than we now can offer! About the Restoration Art Center
The Restoration Art Center is a non-profit ministry of Mission: Possible! Austin located on the East side of Pflugerville. It is directed by Shelley Schreyer and run on love, a great team of volunteers and by donations.We use art as a platform for missions to at-risk youth and limited English Speakers. We are currently offering 3 programs during the school year.
After School Bible Club: Wednesday 4 – 5 pm : elementary age children
Art Club : Friday 4:30 – 6 pm : elementary through middle school age students
ESL & Life Skills: Thursdays 11:00am – 2:00pm : adults with limited English speaking
The Summer is event oriented and we hold events like Backyard Bible Club and other offerings.
