Life on Life Relationships

Our mission is to foster relationships between teachable children and Christ-honoring adults to transform the next generation (and generations thereafter) with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mentoring a child is a great way to practice “Life-on-life” relationships! Our Youth Mentoring program is for children from 4th-12th grade. We ask mentors to commit 2 years to a child meeting three times a month. Mentoring a child could be taking them to church, playing with them, doing homework, going to Big Fish Club or FUZE, or even including them in your holiday plans. A Mentor is a disciple-maker focusing their time on the child and their family.

Jesus modeled “life on life relationships” in the way He interacted with His disciples. His relationships with the disciples were consistent, honest, Truth-filled relationships. Jesus did not simply “minister to” the disciples, He lived among them. Jesus is our example of “life on life relationships”.  Practically speaking, our desire is that whoever you’re building a relationship with, you invest in their life as they grow to learn more about your life. Relationships are a two-way street.
